Video-performance by Nuno Alexandre Ferreira and João Pedro Vale, produced in relation to the exhibition 1983, in Rialto6, Lisbon. The work takes as its temporal reference the year in which the first news reports concerning HIV/AIDS infections began to circulate in Portugal. An invitation to reflect on the essential role of memory in the social construction of meanings for spaces, times and the people that inhabit them.
